Only 3 more days before I head off to Canada for my next fundraising project. Time is flying now and I am getting very nervous . The perfect occasion for a virtual farewell with some colleagues and friends. After giving an overview of the newly founded Cosmikk foundation, I walked them through the route across the Rocky Mountains and what the likelihood might be of running into a bear. We also talked about the other challenges of this trip, lonliness, challenges with the bike and mosquitos. Andrea explained the background of the aid organization “Dachzeltnomaden” and Judith gave an overview on the “zis foundation” and their work. The rest of the time was about expressing support and exchanging reassurance that everything will turn out well 🙂
